The team of 4 arrived promptly and well-prepared, armed with all the necessary equipment and supplies. Over the course of 6/7 hours, they diligently worked their magic, leaving the 3 bed maisonette spotless and ready for the next tenant. Absolutely amazing company and very professional . I have just moved into rented accommodation and even though the landlord said it was clean and fresh it really wasn't. With a lot of looking Nufresh came highly recommended and dean the owner was very polite friendly and went above and beyond. Very good value and did an amazing job my carpets smell so fresh and I can honestly say they look brand new. It was an expense out of my own pocket which I want to add was very little for a fantastic job. Dean went above and beyond and he left me with confidence and great workmanship. I will 100 percent be using him and his company again and recommending him to all my friends .it was so nice to deal with some body who not just took pride in his work but made sure we were happy throughout. We were in trouble. Our labradoodle had deposited the contents of an upset bowel all over our landing carpet. Everywhere. We were away. Our panicked house-sitter sends the pic. I contact Nufresh at 07:45. They respond immediately. I explain the situation. They are fully booked but they commit to get to us at end of the day. They tell us not to attempt any clean up. Happy to hear that. They arrive early afternoon and get to work. Two hours later they send me the images of the clean up. It was a carpet miracle. Not a mark left. Nothing. I shudder to think what it was like to clean up after our sick dog. These are professionals who clearly take a real pride in what they do. I am very very grateful that I picked them. ~ Nic B
