Absolutely amazing company and very professional . I have just moved into rented accommodation and even though the landlord said it was clean and fresh it really wasn't. With a lot of looking Nufresh came highly recommended and dean the owner was very polite friendly and went above and beyond. Very good value and did an amazing job my carpets smell so fresh and I can honestly say they look brand new. It was an expense out of my own pocket which I want to add was very little for a fantastic job. Dean went above and beyond and he left me with confidence and great workmanship. I will 100 percent be using him and his company again and recommending him to all my friends .it was so nice to deal with some body who not just took pride in his work but made sure we were happy throughout. The team of 4 arrived promptly and well-prepared, armed with all the necessary equipment and supplies. Over the course of 6/7 hours, they diligently worked their magic, leaving the 3 bed maisonette spotless and ready for the next tenant. We were in trouble. Our labradoodle had deposited the contents of an upset bowel all over our landing carpet. Everywhere. We were away. Our panicked house-sitter sends the pic. I contact Nufresh at 07:45. They respond immediately. I explain the situation. They are fully booked but they commit to get to us at end of the day. They tell us not to attempt any clean up. Happy to hear that. They arrive early afternoon and get to work. Two hours later they send me the images of the clean up. It was a carpet miracle. Not a mark left. Nothing. I shudder to think what it was like to clean up after our sick dog. These are professionals who clearly take a real pride in what they do. I am very very grateful that I picked them. ~ Nic B

I had the full works with NUFRESH and I was so impressed with the results. Pet odours, that we used Everything on without success, have disappeared and the carpet has that New Smell to it like it was only laid yesterday. I can’t speak highly enough about Dean , who did the work. He was polite and completely professional. He answered every question with a smile and he left my carpet’s totally rejuvenated and almost dry. Steve worked on my mattress, which had tea and coffee stains on and I couldn’t believe the difference. 🤷‍♀️. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend NUFRESH to anyone who needs a professional job done at a really reasonable price with polite and lovely workers. Dean and Rochelle carried out an amazing Deep Clean for us this week. We went away for a couple of days and asked them to come in and give us a re-set! How lovely to come home to a house smelling fresh and clean and looking like we had just moved in!! We had had them before to clean a carpet and settees. They are extremely professional and friendly and do a fantastic job at a very reasonable rate. Whatever your cleaning requirements, Dean and Rochelle will do a brilliant job! We put out a public post on our local community page asking if anyone had a dehumidifier we could borrow as we had had a leak at home. We received a reply from Dean saying they could help and would private message my partner, which he did. Dean sent a message saying they could come out with their equipment and help suck up the water for us to dry the house out. Dean and Rochelle came the following day which was amazing. Not only did they suck up the water for us, they brought along their carpet dryer which they put on upstairs whilst drying out downstairs and then once they were finished, they left one of their carpet dryers with us so we could continue to use it. And the most amazing part about this all, they didn’t charge us for this. They did this out of the goodness of their hearts. I can’t even begin to tell you how much this meant to us as having two children in the house with wet, cold carpets was awful. I don’t normally do reviews but this was a Brilliant service all around, though they are a new company. Their knowledge is second to none. They explained everything in detail so we really understood the service we were getting. The results are unbelievable carpet smells fresh and looks visible new. I had my upholstered Sherlock chair professionally cleaned by Nufresh Carpet Cleaning Services. It's old and tired but in good condition, except for lots of dog and children ground in dirt. It came up brilliantly clean, and Dean & Rochelle were so pleasant to have visit the house to do their work. Very professional, friendly & trustworthy! Oh, and great with dogs! Dean and Michelle were excellent, very professional and experienced. They arrived on time and clearly explained what they would be doing. They happily moved the furniture to get access to the carpet and did a very professional job. Not used many carpet cleaning companies before but I'm very happy to recommend this one. Prompt reply to my initial enquiry and fitting us in at short notice, meant that the preparations on our house for an important event were still on track, and were the most competitive price we received from two or three others. Lounge diner and hall stairs and landing carpets all deep cleaned very efficiently during the day. We didn’t think our carpets were that dirty until we saw the colour of the cleaning water that came from the cleaning machine.
